Direct Support Professional II:
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
-1 year of experience with developmental disabilities
-RBT Certification, we offer PAID training and supervision to become certified as Registered Behavioral Technician
-Direct Support Professional Year 1 and Year 2 certifications.
Hourly rate depends on certifications. RBT, DSP Year 1 and DSP Year 2 certifications can be completed upon hire.
If you don't have the experience, don't worry, you can always apply for one of our entry level positions and work towards gaining your experience and you'd qualify in a year!
Benefits include 24-days of vacation and 8-days of sick time per year for full time; medical, dental, vision, retirement plan and much more! Positions located in Goleta and Santa Barbara - Carpool reimbursement for commuters.
We hire for various shifts in the different programs: overnight 11pm-7am, 7am-3pm, and 3-11pm.
