The Residential Program Director is responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of services at Noah’s Anchorage residential youth homeless prevention center. Position responsibilities include programmatic development, leadership, supervision of staff and clients, and positively representing the branch in the community. Provide administrative and programmatic supervision to personnel at Noah’s Anchorage including scheduling of clinical and social work staff. Lead and direct personnel training plans for Noah’s Anchorage.Lead program design, evaluation and improvement of residential services. Developing, managing, and monitoring budget for Noah’s Anchorage. Ensure timely completion of program reporting to CCL, grants, and other partners. Maintain compliance with all contracts. Work directly with Executive Director on special branch projects such as annual retreat, fund development, annual campaign, and other strategic planning processes. Provide association-wide services to CIYMCA to support social responsibility focus; coordinate activities, relationships, and training for opportunities to meet community needs. On call rotation and ensure on-call schedule is maintained 24-hours per day. Direct responsibility for hiring, evaluating, counseling, and developing personnel at Noah’s Anchorage. Lead Noah’s Anchorage to support excellence in service delivery and meet adjusting needs of clients, staff, and the community. Assure accurate and timely paperwork to meet departmental needs in accounting, human resources, marketing and fund development. Represent the programs in the community with the goal of expanding program services an participation, securing funding and building/nurturing relationships with program partners and collaborators
