We are a worldwide natural ingredients wholesale producer and supplier. With a secure and consistent source of organic and conventional products, we are renowned for our high quality, premium botanical and natural ingredients. We specialize in producing extractions of fruit and vegetable powders, fibers, seeds and oils.

We have recently launched our sister company that is expanding our business into the consumer/retail market. This is a lifestyle brand for health and well-being to aid in customers everyday healthy lifestyle by providing smaller, consumer size, quantities of our organic ingredients.

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, devoted candidate to assist in our warehouse and office of our companies. Experience in MAC computers and software is (Pages, Numbers, etc.) is a bonus We are seeking a full time/part time dynamic and outgoing Warehouse Manager that is seeking a long-term career opportunity that can work independently to organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse and inventory. The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the office manager and the CEO.

The Administrative Assistant carries out a range of administrative tasks, organizes companies samples, international freight, LTL freight shipments and small package USPS/UPS.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

-Proficient in a variety of Mac computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (iWork, Adobe) preferred.

-Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.Â

-Excellent proof-reading and documentation presentation skills.

-Demonstrated good judgment for interruptions and appropriate actions regarding concerns.

-Accuracy and attention to detail; good follow-up skills are essential.

-Experience with Social Media and online marketing (on a commercial level).

-Familiarity with wellness industry and a passion for health.

-Prior executive admin support experience preferred

-Strong attention to detail in proofreading.

-Must be available to attend at least 2 trade shows a year.

-Must have a dependable transportation.

-Must be able to multitask and manage multiple projects

-MUST POSSESS STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL

TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES

-Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases managing electronic filing systems

-Management of social medias sales logistics

-Works with bookkeeper to create and maintain inventory control system

record office expenditures

-Organize and maintain supplies of all shipping supplies, stationary, printed material, and equipment arrange for necessary repairs

-Respond to customer enquiries, provide information, price quotes

-Reviewing and updating companies organic and kosher certificates and insurance polices

-Process daily e-commerce orders

-Answer customer inquiry (via email and phone) and provide necessary documentations

-Attending conferences and training

-Preparation of trade show materials - booth updates and designs with CEO

-Other duties as assigned.

-Hours: Monday-Friday; 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
