The Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara seeks a customer service-oriented person with a warm and professional demeanor to join our team. This is a full-time position with working hours of Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You should have a great work ethic, a mature attitude, and excellent organizational and communication skills. This position provides administrative support as well as front-line reception duties. Responsible for mail, phone, email, and walk-in inquiries; processing student materials and assisting the programs team; and helping with Foundation events and meetings. Requires good skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Bachelorâs degree and 1-2 yearsâ experience, preferably within a nonprofit organization. Bilingual preferred.
