We are looking for an individual with a high energy, positive and friendly demeanor to join our crew as a bookkeeper.
Modern OFFICE, GREAT PEOPLE, FLEXIBLE HOURS, 20-25 HOURS PER WEEK
Principal Responsibilities/Tasks:
Accounts Payable:
Paying Bills
Payroll
Accounts Receivable:
Invoice customers and ensure accounts are kept up-to-date
Process invoices and payments
Other duties, including but not limited to:
Create and manage spreadsheets and documents as requested
File and pay taxes and ensure accuracy of reporting
Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:
Must have knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Must have experience in a similar role which required the following skillset: QuickBooks
-Oral and Written Communication Skills
-Excellent Organization Skills
-Planning
-Professionalism
