We are a coworking space in Santa Barbara searching for Membership and Community Coordinators and Venue Hosts to join our team.
This individual will help to manage our Santa Barbara location and develop our community!
This is a part-time to full-time opportunity starting at $16 per hour.
Responsibilities:

+ Work onsite during the day (we are open from 8:30am to 5pm - Monday to Friday) as a host to answer member and visitor questions, give tours, manage the day to day duties at the space.
+ Organize monthly membership meetings and member events to build community
+ Conduct tours of the space
+ Engage the local community by attending outside events as part of the team!
+ Contribute to our social media accounts
+ Communicate clearly with members both face to face and in emails though email, slack, social media and conversations
+ Assist in event coordination and management, including assisting with setup and breakdown
+ Develop partnerships with other organizations to support their events
+ Work with events team on member and other events
+ Track all supplies needed to run the space
+ Keep the space tidy and neat, and keep the facility looking good.
Required Experience

+ 2+ years experience in a customer facing role in a service based business (Hospitality and/or retails is great!)
+ Proven hospitality and customer service skills
+ A vibrant personality
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficient Computer Skills (Google Business Suite)
Other Helpful Experience
+ Email & Social Marketing Platform knowledge (Mailchimp, facebook, instagram, twitter)
+ Graphic Design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
