Working from our downtown Santa Barbara, CA office, this job has two primary areas of focus, both crucial to our companyâs success:
1. Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer: Managing schedules, coordinating meetings and phone calls and working on projects and research for our COO.
2. Talent Sourcer: Source candidates who serve as Group Leaders and also manage the first stage of our overall recruiting process.
Qualified candidates will have:
- A minimum of 5 years as a top performing Executive Assistant
- Expertise in the Microsoft office suite (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and DocuSign
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage conflicting needs; a proactive approach with excellent follow through
- Flexibility in new and changing situations; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Excellent client service skills; ability to work well with sophisticated and accomplished individuals from around the globe
- Bachelor's degree required
