A Santa Barbara company is looking to hire an Executive Assistant/Operations Administrator to support the President. We are actively looking for an experienced, meticulous, highly organized individual who is able to provide exceptional administrative support to the President as well as assist with the daily operations of the company. It is very important for this person to be able to maintain confidentiality in personal information as well as having the ability to maintain accuracy and multitask in the office environment.
Additional responsibilities include:
Assisting with scheduling/calendaring
Coordinating travel arrangements (domestic and international)
Running errands (both personal and professional)
Open to some travel to other branches
Reviewing and planning department budget and expenses
Attending meetings/conferences
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree
3-5 years experience working in a direct support role to an Executive level individual
Excellent professional communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Bilingual preferred
