We are boutique firm providing highly-personalized, comprehensive and fee-only financial planning and investment management services to Clientele seeking creative solutions to their individual situations.
We are currently searching for a savvy Front Office Administrator to work part-time (30 hours/week) in our firm, with the opportunity to grown into a full-time role. Successful candidates will have the ability to manage multiple projects with superb accuracy and take pride in being part of a team that enjoys helping others reach their objectives.
Duties:
Maintain and administer paper/electronic document management systems
Identify and scans documents according to policies and procedures
Verify images are correct and legible when scanned into the imaging system
Prepare and revise detailed correspondence, memos, bills, faxes, etc.
General office related duties and special projects as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Organized and detail oriented
Draft and edit deliverables prepared by team before passing to Client
Highly-proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
Interest/experience in legal or financial arena
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving abilities and ability to be flexible under pressure
Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both
analytical and problem solving, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the
highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Hourly rate depends on skills and experience.
