Lull is hiring a Fulfillment Process Coordinator to join our Product & Supply Chain Team in beautiful Santa Barbara, California.
The Fulfillment Process Coordinator will work with our fulfillment centers and shipping systems to create an amazing customer experience.
We are looking for someone who is driven and analytical. This position will work with our Product & Supply Chain, Accounting and Customer Support teams.
In this role, you will:
MANAGE DAILY ORDERS: Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure adequate inventory levels are available at each warehouse -allocation orders to proper warehouse & ensure fast shipments (you don't actually touch any inventory).
MAINTAIN VENDOR AND WAREHOUSE RELATIONSHIPS: Communicate daily with shipping and warehouse partners.
COLLABORATE WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM: Work closely with our Customer Support team to coordinate deliveries, return requests and answer customer questions.
ANALYZE SHIPPING METRICS: Review perfect order rate, on time shipping percentages and defects to identify areas of improvement.
INCREASE COMPANY PROFITABILITY: Scrutinize vendor invoices, track packages for damages, lost items and mis-rated shipments - Work with Vendors to request credits.
Qualifications:
Experience in an ecommerce, retail or technology organization.
Ability to think strategically and execute on priorities.
Experience with supply chain & fulfillment (a plus).
Experience in excel (a plus).
