A position is available immediately for a part-time office assistant in the health care environment. Responsibilities include but are not restricted to phone reception, taking messages, scheduling and confirming appointments, greeting patients, completing new patient intake information, organizing & assimilating patient records, filing, billing, handle payments and some invoicing. Outgoing phone activity is required as part of follow-up activity. The office assistant will be required to prepare light materials for shipping, arrange shipping pick-ups, receive shipments & mail, open and organize received material.

The applicant must be a reliable, friendly hard working person, have excellent communication and organizational skills, computer literate, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel. This is a growing business and additional opportunities can develop. Training may require some travel periodically.
