A little bit about the role¦

As the Office Concierge at WCF, youll be the first impression our guests will have of WCF, particularly in our headquarters in Santa Barbara. Often times coming to a new office and meeting new people can be nerve racking, particularly for our clients, as financial matters can be difficult to talk about. As you greet clients and others visiting our office, you will help them feel welcome and set the stage for them to have a great experience that they will be talking about for days. Youll also be in charge of answer incoming calls with a warm welcome and make sure the caller gets routed to their correct team member. Youll also be a key resource to help our Client Services team as needed, which may include preparing Schwab forms, money movements, or scheduling appointments.

Along with the other members of the Operations Team, youll play a vital role in helping our business run smoothly. This includes serving as the liaison for building maintenance, keeping our supplies stocked, and making sure we have LaCroix and almonds for our team (as an example of some of our more popular snacks!)

While wed ideally like this to be a full-time role with traditional hours, we would definitely consider a part-time role (probably 30 hours) during the busy part of our business day which is usually between 9 am and 4 pm.
