POSITION: Order Entry Assistant/ Amazon Liaison (20-hrs a week)
JOB SUMMARY:
Edward &Sons Trading Company, Inc is seeking an experienced Order Entry Assistant/Amazon Liaison to provide support to our customers, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, order entry and other account maintenance by using different platforms, including the company's internal Syspro system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
The ideal individual will be familiar with working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a range of data entry and administrative support responsibilities including, but not limited to:
⢠maintaining day to day operational aspects of our key order retailer accounts like Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc. and accurately entering and processing orders in our ERP System.
⢠acting as company liaison with companyâs Amazon broker to improve all aspects of the companyâs Amazon business (acct, SEO's, product pages and placement, etc.)
⢠completing new item set up forms, submit item cost adjustments, disputing chargebacks, uploading product images, and submitting cases/claims all through Vendor Central & Seller Central.
⢠assisting other employees in the Order Entry department
⢠supporting other company employees in a variety of general office tasks and filing duties
⢠other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma and prior experience entering data entry orders, preferably within a wholesale environment. Preferred experience with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central Accounts.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
