Part-time office administrator needed for a local Santa Barbara roofing company.
Duties include:
- Typing proposals and inspection reports
- Billing
- Filing and organization
- Pulling permits
- Running errands
- Light cleaning
- There are also two small dogs to walk daily
Proficiency in Windows 10 and Microsoft Word is required. Experience in Excel is a bonus. You will be helping to proofread, check grammar, and add clarity to emails and documents.
Must also have a valid driver's license and a car.
The position is approx. 30 hours a week, give or take, and would start at $16/hour. The schedule is somewhat flexible but Friday afternoons are a must. This is a good job for a college student, though long-term stability is important to us.
