PayJunction is seeking aÂsales coordinatorÂtoÂcoordinate operational process for our sales team.ÂWe are looking for a driven individual who is calm, cool and collected no matter the situation, isnt afraid to be assertive and is eager to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Our sales team fosters long-term relationships with honest billing practices and efficient, green technologies that help businesses process payments better, and our ideal candidate is excited to help us do this.
This is a full-time, in-house position at our headquarters in sunny Santa Barbara!
Responsibilities:
Answer and screen inbound phone calls for two office locations.
Directly manage the new merchant application process including processing new applications, following-up with merchants by phone and email to collect missing financial information, quality assurance on accuracy and completion, facilitating cross-functional communication among sales, customer success and our underwriting departments, and deal auditing withinÂSalesforce.com. Â
Manage inbound lead assignment from phone, web and email channels.
Collaborate with our customer success team for the successful onboarding of new merchants.
Coordinate weekly SCRUM meetings for all business development pods.
Assist in the monthly commissions calculation process.
Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to, scanning, faxing, mailing and filing.
Qualifications:
Excellent phone etiquette
Excellent verbal and written communication
Demonstrated experience in successful conflict resolution
Highly organized
Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
1+ years experience in a customer service, administrative assistant, or sales/marketing role
