Construction Company office in need of a Social Media Administrator/Office Assistant
Must stay on top of company social media accounts: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram. Take full responsibility for our lead marketing accounts.
Able to handle requests via phone calls, and must be able to follow requests in a timely manner.
Have construction knowledge
The job requires an independently-motivated person because you will work alone at times.
Must be comfortable and professional on the phone for outgoing calls scheduling deliveries and meetings.
Need an organized individual to keep our office in order, as well as working directly with owner.
Will need to maintain all job files.
Experience with Quickbooks Pro
Applicant will assist job-site manager with all aspects of paper work and interface with subcontractors and clients when needed.
Must be honest, punctual and loyal to company.
Bilingual is a plus but not necessary
We are a casual office but expect our employees to be presentable at all times.
