This position is at personal training gym. We are looking to come in a few days a week for a 3-4 hours at a time. Here a list of the tasks included but not limited too.

1. Creating content for social media.

2. Video taping & editing gym photos & videos.

3. Social media updating.

4. Set up meetings to keep everyone informed and on the right tasks

5. Newsletters.

6. Setting up events, making checklists of what to bring, etc.

7. Reminding everyone of upcoming events.

8. Entering all client data (liabilities, testing, health questionnaires) that come in on paper, get emailed, etc.Â

9. Creating content for our website.

10. Updating & managing various training programs for educational purposes.Â

11. Updating website.

12. Making promotional/informational material as needed.Â

13. Filling out paperwork.

14. Checking messages.

15. Responding to and delegating form submissions.

16. Coordinating schedules to film new content.Â
