The Survey Analyst plays an integral role in the timely and accurate processing of survey data. The quality of work is paramount. The work environment is relaxed and friendly but focused, productive, and precise.
Core Responsibilities and Functions:
Handling, opening, and sorting of returned mail surveys
Data entry both manually and using survey scanning equipment
Visual review of printed and on-screen material for quality and compliance
Responding to incoming calls and placing return calls
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
Able to follow specific instructions and procedures without deviation
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in core computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
Good phone skills
Fluent Foreign Language Skills are desirable (Chinese, Russian, Vietnamese)
1 - 2 years of previous administrative experience
