Prominent real estate investment company is looking for a Weekend Assistant Property Manager for our Goleta and Santa Barbara apartment properties.The ideal candidate must possess great communication skills, work well in a team atmosphere, thrive in a fast paced environment and be well organized with an upbeat and friendly personality.
This position is 16 hours/week, Saturday and Sunday, 9am-6pm split between both locations. Additional hours may be available based on business needs.
Daily duties include providing our residents with a premier living experience by: leasing, marketing available units when necessary, issuing resident correspondence, managing resident concerns,utilizing accounting software to process resident payments and maintaining resident ledgers as well as processing payable payments to ensure timely payments to our vendors, maintaining clean and presentable grounds at all properties, coordinating with the corporate office, the maintenance department and/or external vendors to expediently and efficiently resolve maintenance issues, and harmoniously enforcing property rules.
Customer service experience is required.
Property management experience is not required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Yardi is significant plus.
