Property Management duties:
Responsible for new leasing on the property and reaching the occupancy goals of the property
Market available apartments
Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage resident concerns
Rent collection and proper posting to tenants
Interfacing with tenant maintenance requests and billing issues
Coordinating vendors to perform maintenance and repair work on property
Experience/Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Customer Service Experience
