I am looking for a motivated real estate salesperson or someone that wants to become a licensed real estate agent. I am a long-time licensed real estate broker that is willing to provide coaching if you want it or support if you need it.
We are a small agency that keeps overhead and unnecessary meetings/distractions to a minimum. If you are not currently a licensed agent, for the right candidate, I am willing to help walk you through the real estate licensing process and give support and guidance.
I provide your worker’s comp insurance and errors and omission coverage. You will need to pay for your association dues and MLS fees.
Our commission split will depend on your experience level.
