About The Role:

This is a key role in our strategic direction in building the best cannabis company in America. This role will be leading key aspects of the Sage X3 ERP/MRP deployment. Collaborate with functional leaders, decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial and operational requirements. Enable the business with process efficiencies, data integration and business intelligence (BI). Measure client satisfaction and key performance indicators to prove business value through system improvements. System administration, requirements gathering, process flows, data integrity and operational excellence will be the key to success within the role.

Strong skills in project and product management, data analytics and data management. Functional support of the business units and their requirements. Ownership of the KPIs, dashboard reporting, and business Intelligence. Strong ERP experience in manufacturing, finance, and planning. Ongoing systems administration based on business KPIs as well as collaborate with functional leaders, decision makers, systems owners, and end users.

What You'll Do

You identify with stakeholders and understand key characteristics to best work with them.

You think through the size of a project, business risk involved and how many interfaces the project will include.

You always take a look at the big picture and advocate for the business and the business needs.

You can pull yourself out of the weeds (out of the detail) to ensure the project is meeting the demands of our client.

You do not fear learning new domains, technologies, and business processes.

What you’ll do as our next Business Systems Analyst, will include system management, user testing, change control management, project management and mapping business requirements.

What You'll Need to Have

Proficient process knowledge with core business systems including CRM, Sage (ERP), work management, document management, collaboration, business intelligence and process automation

Proficient understanding of application software systems from an end-user perspective4 year college degree in Computer Technology, MIS, or related field of study.

5 - 7 years of experience in business analysis, application support, application development or systems architecture (SQL and/or Sage applications preferred)

Experience working in small teams, in start- up mode!

Proficient Knowledge of User Testing (UAT) methodologies and documentation. Basic knowledge of networking, PCs, servers and database systems

Knowledge of requirements gathering techniques, creation of technical specifications, process mapping, system testing and deployment

Familiar with sales and service processing systems, customer relationship management systems, content management systems, financial management/accounting systems and complex supply chain and manufacturing systems
