Position Summary
Were growing quickly across 4 continents and have many more internal customers to support! We need someone with a good grasp of technology to help manage a number of areas, including desktop support, our Google Business integration, Windows servers, remote warehouse support as well as support IT Operations within our global infrastructure.
Job Description
Provide local and remote PC support to various locations across the globe for both Windows and Mac
Provision accounts for local and cloud services across various systems (Office365, G Suite, etc.)
Help with Windows server maintenance and support
Help manage the network infrastructure at our North American locations
Continue to learn and evolve technically
Research various IT technologies and make recommendations
Investigate issues and propose solutions
Other tasks as assigned
Position Requirements
2 year Associates degree preferred
2 years experience preferred
Windows PC experience
Familiar with Windows server
Linux experience a plus
Development a plus
Network experience a plus
Must be willing to take ownership of areas of responsibility
