Our well established client is looking for a system support coordinator to provide technical support of the microcomputer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment! This position is scheduled to run through the end of 2019 with the possibility of longer term employment.
Responsibilities:
-Executes work requests for microcomputer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment needs initiated by end users. This may include assigning tasks to microcomputer technicians, performing installations, end user training.
-Defines and coordinates preventative maintenance activities related to microcomputers.
-Assists in the definition and coordination of microcomputer configuration standards.
-Maintains an inventory of all microcomputer equipment, including peripheral devices.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
We are looking for a candidate with the following skill set:
-Work independently and must be able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple priorities.
-Ability to interact with end users at all levels of knowledge of microcomputers.
-Effective oral and written communicates.
-Ability to teach and demonstrate to end users how to utilize hardware and software.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years direct experience in microcomputer hardware and software operation, management, and repair. For this position in -depth knowledge of microcomputer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. is required. Candidate must also posses great knowledge of Windows Operating System. An AA degree is also preferred for this position.
