Job Title: Security Officer I (UNARMED)
Reports to: Security Sergeant
Employment type: Full Time
Schedule: Grave, Overnights
Location: Lompoc, CA, Nipomo, CA, Buellton, CA
As a Security Officer I you will help ensure a safe and secure environment at your assigned facility. To accomplish that you will perform a variety of functions that include:
Maintain a professional and courteous presence while interacting with Client, their employees, and their customers
Make periodic patrols by foot to secure areas, deter crimes, and check for irregularities and inspect security systems and physical barriers.
Preserve order and enforce regulations pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.
Monitor camera and alarm systems for unauthorized entry to premises.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age
Have reliable transportation
Able to receive and access email and text messaging
Legal ability to work in the US
Ability to read, write, and speak English
High School Diploma or GED
Successful completion of pre employment background investigation and drug screen
Job Requirements:
Current Guard Registration issued by State of California BSIS
Either Pepper Spray (OC), Baton, or TASER Permit
Minimum 1 year security experience

Salary: $15.00-$16.50 per hour, Dependent on experience
