Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Marketing and Sales is responsible for the sales, marketing and public relations program for the facility and achieving budgeted occupancy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Specific task list will be assigned.
Manages all aspects of the Sales and Marketing Department; including but not limited to all department budget and processing invoices to be paid.
Maintain focus on goal of 100% occupancy at all times.
Maintains unit inventory and upgrade of unit fees.
Oversees quarterly FY planning. Works towards creating pleasing models for prospects to tour.
Works towards creating updated guestrooms.
Initiates team building and goal setting. Leads an environment of positive teamwork and trust.
Maintains the contact computer program by checking month end figures and assuring that data is completed in Goldmine program.
