About Us:

Roris Artisanal Creamery is an organic ice cream company based out of Santa Barbara. Not only do we make the best ice cream on the planet, we locally source our organic ingredients, make all our handcrafted candy, cones and baked goods in small batch production at our ice cream kitchen in Carpinteria. Our once mom and pop company is growing fast. Roris has just acquired two grocery chains and a couple high profile hotels and our goal this year is to extend into the grocery, hotel and restaurant wholesale business. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Rep who is excited to be a part of our expansion and is ready and qualified to help take us to the next level.

Job Description:

Roris Artisanal Creamery is looking for an Outside Territory Sales Representative to develop and manage its wholesale and B2B sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall growth of Roris across the whole of the territory. The primary responsibilities will include acquiring new ice cream retail accounts, then optimizing accounts through proactive account management. This position will work closely with the senior management, and thus requires a self-motivated, organized, energetic, creative and ambitious person who is able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:

Bring on new wholesale accounts and retail partners

Optimize new accounts through additional product placement and marketing

Develop and maintain an organized list of potential business opportunities

What we are looking for:

Passionate about Ice Cream and the craftsmanship that goes into our product!

Experience working in a results-oriented position with minimal management

Willingness to do what it takes to meet goals and get things done

Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)

Proven success in sales call strategies

Ability to make cold calls and take rejection; and keep on going!

Innovative and creative in approaching accounts and expanding business

Able to formulate account strategies and secure distribution

Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle

Must be able to use basic features in MS Office Suite

Willingness to work occasional weekends, if needed

Preferred Experience:

B2B sales or retail experience

Food and Beverage sales “ account acquisition and maintenance

Natural food or Beverage prior Sales or Brand Ambassador experience

Experience working with distributors

Experience analyzing sales data

Creative, can-do and entrepreneurial attitude

Compensation

Base salary plus commission

First year income opportunity: $50,000 - $60,000

Travel expenses covered
