A dynamic and thriving organization located in Goleta is actively seeking a Help Desk Technician to join their Help Desk team. This position will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The Help Desk Technician will work closely with the rest of the Help Desk team to provide a positive customer support experience to the business. It is imperative that this individual has the ability to follow detailed standard operating procedures and be able to work independently on specific support related tasks. Additionally, this person must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is innovative with people and processes and has experience working effectively in complex global organizations.

Some of the primary responsibilities include:

Addressing and resolving incidents and requests via a ticketing system

Providing excellent customer service

Assist in answering the Help Desk hotline

Providing printer support and maintenance

Analyzing and resolving issues regarding the use of computer hardware and software

Working with members of the Help Desk team on projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of Windows and OS X operating systems

Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting

Customer service experience
