I am an interior decorator in charge of several remodeling projects.
Project 1: bathroom 1:
demolish existing plastic shower/tub/peel and stick tile, vanity
waterproof walls/flooring
put in acrylic tub/new faucets for tub/vanity sink
tiling for tub surround
skimcoat walls to smooth surface
new quiet vent
paint
bathroom 2:
demolish existing plastic shower and peel and stick tiles/vanity
waterproof area
put in new shower pan
tile shower and shower pan
tile floor
install new vanity/faucets
skim coat orange peel walls to smooth surface
paint
kitchen: prep and paint existing cabinets- possibly new cabinet doors
put in quartz countertops/new sink and faucet- spray paint cabinets
replace flooring throughout house (LVP): need someone who can install without using quarter round and is
an expert at doing stairs without baseboards.

Main house: 2 bathroom remodels: installation tub, tile installation, shower pans (we like walk-in, euro-
style minimalist showers), new vanities, faucets, etc - see above.
kitchen revamp (painting or replacing cabinets, replacing sink/faucet/countertops/appliances)
replacing flooring throughout (engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, etc) as well as baseboards.
Install new frames for doors.
