Maintenance Director/Worker Needed
We are looking for a highly experienced carpenter who also is skilled in other trades such as minor plumbing, minor electrical, drywall etc and who is highly organized and good with paperwork to join/head our property maintenance team. Ideal candidate should be good with time management, customer service oriented, be technologically inclined (smartphone, email, etc,) have personal tools and tool bag, have a clean DMV record, and have a truck or vehicle to get you to job sites etc.
Pay is based on experience but would start anywhere from $25-$32 or possibly higher for the right candidate with room to grow based on performance
