Experienced and Assistant Service Advisor / Writer positions
Our service team is searching for a highly motivated, customer service oriented person with a natural sense of hospitality for our Quik Lube service advisor position. No experience needed. You just need to be customer service oriented and be able to take on instruction.
Our local service facility is also searching for an experienced and skilled service advisor with the ability to professionally present the customer with an exceptional service experience. Whether you have dealership and/or independent repair facility experience we would like to talk with you. We're looking to build our team with the highest quality people we can find.
These are full-time positions. We provide medical and dental benefits, paid vacation, and paid holidays. This is an entry-level position that can lead to becoming a full-time service advisor with earning potential of $60,000/year and up (depending on your skill level.)

Job Duties / Description:
The service advisor communicates with customers in accordance with dealer and manufacturer standards to build customer loyalty and retention by nurturing trust and ensuring confidence as a representative for the safety and reliability of their vehicle.
Greet customers in a timely, courteous fashion
Correctly create a repair order with all necessary vehicle and customer information.
Abide by California Bureau of Automotive Repair service and repair standards.
Advise customer of all needed maintenance and repair items in accordance with dealer and manufacturer standards
Communicate with fellow employees (parts personnel, technicians, etc.) to effectively manage the service process and customer communication
Ability to communicate the multi-point inspection results and make appropriate/necessary recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of the customer's vehicle.
Documenting all work performed on each vehicle on the repair order
Keeping up to date with all factory technical service bulletins and campaigns, and completing all necessary manufacturer training and all necessary safety training.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by handling those additional assignments that allow you to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Providing an exceptional customer experience to ALL customers.

Experience at a dealership and/or independent repair facility
Basic computer skills - ability to navigate various websites and software programs
Fluent typing skills
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
Background check / drug screen
Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Nissan vehicle experience helpful
DealerTrack DMS experience very helpful
