We are currently looking to fill some open driver positions at our Santa Barbara location. As always, we are looking for community-minded, safety conscious individuals, just like you, to join the STA team.
Candidates must be Certified School Bus Drivers.
Candidate must meet our pre-hire qualifications standards.
All Candidates must be available to drive an AM and a PM route, Monday through Friday.
New school bus certified driver candidates must submit their applications on or before June 1st. Applications received after this date will not qualify for this bonus.
$3,000 Sign On Bonus – with a payout schedule of $1,000 payable after 10 days of route driving, $1,000 payable after the new incoming driver has completed 60 days of service, and $1,000 payable after the new incoming driver has completed 90 days of service.
