Job Title: Communications Manager

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Duties:
  • Enable sales and customer success teams to be highly effective at communicating an evolving structure and process for managing customer success across multiple product platforms.
  • Proactively own multiple requests and projects in parallel from inception to completion, including ideation, research, project management, execution with the creative team, collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers, and delivery/training.
  • Create high quality, impactful marketing assets and content that exceed customer/partner needs, including pitch decks and 1-pagers, case studies, webinars, videos, and more.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify enablement strategies and projects that will improve sales performance, effectiveness, and efficiency of customer success offerings.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to create compelling services messaging and value propositions on the solution and key features.
  • Maintain and update marketing/communications content across different systems.
  • Work closely with Services partners and their marketing teams to develop joint GTM marketing plans that tie to revenue goals.
  • Build relationships with the partner sales team to understand their needs and support the GTM initiatives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure we have compelling materials for both the partner sales teams and Company sales teams to use in driving customer demand for customer success solutions.
  • Work with a virtual cross-functional team of Engineers, Service Account Managers, product marketing, sales enablement and marketing managers to ensure overall execution against strategic objectives and priorities.
Skills:
  • 5+ years of Business-to-Enterprise sales enablement or product marketing experience in the SaaS industry or Technology Professional Services.
  • Experience with LumApps communication and collaboration platform
  • Experience with Slack, Panopto, Newsweaver, and all G-Suite communications and collaboration tools.
  • Customer-first mindset; brings new ideas on how to improve the customer experience.
  • Proven track record in creating compelling messaging & positioning for software solutions.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects from start to finish.
  • Self-starter who proactively seeks out resources, conducts research, and aligns with stakeholders to create the best work possible.
  • Excellent design and storytelling skills that enable you to collaborate with the creative team to transform ideas and data into visually compelling content that are easily digestible and insightful.
  • Strategic thinker who can quickly understand complex issues and develop the right solutions and content for the need.
  • Ability to thrive and work well with the team in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and unpredictable environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; excels at presenting to and getting buy-in from different audiences, e.g., company leadership, cross-functional team members, and customers.
