This is an exciting position for a Software developer in test to be part of an established engineering team and help build state-of-art-test systems for our high-growth SaaS and API-based Security applications.Your ImpactProvide a consistent, standardized, and a standard methodology approach in developing testing automation across our cloud platformDesign and develop test plans for new features by understanding the requirementsComplex root cause analysis and defect isolationActive participation in our ongoing process enhancements and software testing practicesWork closely with the greater engineering group, Product Management teams during product development from design to releaseReproduce and debug issues found during and after software releaseDevelop and maintain complex testbed environments that leverage best practices for reporting and CICD.Drive improved performance and production stability of the applications and systemsExperience in working on building test automation frameworks for cloud-based productsDefine Automation test strategy, design, and execution of automated test scriptsAnalyzing performance data and creation of automated test resultsWorking with APIs from multiple cloud vendors and their associated technologies and toolsResponsible for complete software development life cycle including requirement analysis, design, development, deployment and supportParticipate actively and contribute to design and development discussionsDevelop solid understanding and be able to explain advanced Cloud Computing and Cloud Security concepts to othersBe able to clearly communicate goals and desired outcomes to internal project teamsYour ExperienceBS in Computer Science or a related technical fieldDevelopment experience with creating automation Frameworks for the purpose of validating the functionality of complex Distributed and Cloud-based systems using PythonExperience working with multiple frameworks used for verificationStrong computer science fundamentalsExperience in design concepts and testing of REST API’s and Soap web servicesExperience with open-source frameworks/servers (Spring, Hibernate, Apache Tomcat) and verification of service built leveraging them.Hands-on verification experience with relational SQL and no-SQL technologiesCareer-level years of hands-on experience in full development life cycle software developmentExpertise in identifying performance bottlenecks and solving performance issues in multi-layers web applicationsExperience various UI automation frameworks and there use cases.A self-starter who is confident and effective when working across distributed teamsThe TeamOur engineering team is at the core of our products – connected directly to the mission of preventing cyberattacks.
