Product Content Specialist-Santa Clara, CA
As part of the digital programs marketing team in the mass spec division, you will make significant contributions to optimizing the customer web journey by enabling and implementing customer-centric content & tools.
In the role of the Mass Spec Product Content Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Managing the agilent.com web content for Mass Spec to support customer buying journey from information seeking to decision making to online purchasing. Collaborate closely internally with the Digital Content lead, product managers and with global marketing program managers (GMPMs) & marcom functions in the development and update of content rich product pages.
• Driving search-engine optimization (SEO) activities for Mass Spec products in order to increase SERP ranking & page traffic. This includes keyword analysis & keyword implementation into new educational content, creating dashboards for management reviews, and working with product managers and relevant stakeholders in the digital channel team. When appropriate, work with the GMPM to align efforts in search-engine marketing (SEM) with SEO strategy in order to maximize lead generation results.
• Understanding and managing internal web content portals. Act as the product content specialist for Product Information Management system and Web Content Authoring & supporting systems for Mass Spec Manage content migration efforts when necessary.
• Supporting global marketing program manager (GMPM), commercialization manager and product managers in creating relevant digital material for successful product launches and related campaigns (collateral including videos, web pages, events, related internal or external product communications…).
