Our products, Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management, deliver omnichannel customer engagements, while uniting the front, middle, and back office to help teams resolve issues faster, and drive great experiences through our products.The RoleServiceNow and the Customer Workflows business unit is experiencing tremendous growth with the market acceptance of products, apps, and related industry solutions and we are transforming our Enterprise New Product Introduction (NPI) operating model to support our speed of innovation.As a Sr Principal Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing key product management cadences with a focus on quarterly GTM release readiness programs from start to finish. You will be responsible for providing a proactive, strategic perspective on process improvements, as well as a tactical view into daily progress and issues. Your primary focus will be product management, but your responsibilities will include cross-functional coordination. Each day you will exercise key skills such as conflict resolution, cross-team collaboration, as well as asking and answering questions with precision.What you get to do in this role:· Work closely with your Engineering Program Management counterparts and the corporate NPI function to align and develop the overall Customer Workflows business unit prioritization, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria for large, complex programs or projects· Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate risks to meet program objectives.· Generate new data needs and requirements to provide actionable insights to senior leadership· Host meetings spanning executive-level to large cross-functional updates· Simplify complex issues into a crisp, actionable exec-level status· Provide a proactive, strategic perspective on improvements to the business, SDLC or infrastructure processes· Analyze trends and data and create reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior leadership· Coordinate the day-to-day activities required to deliver a high-quality product on time· Host regular release meetings & executive read-outs; deliver crisp status updates to all stakeholders and senior leadershipIn order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:· Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience· PMP and Agile certifications· Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint and similar applicationsServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
