As the Senior Manager of Product Marketing, Enterprise, New Initiatives you will be responsible for the development and execution of global, end-to-end Enterprise product marketing for New Initiatives products and programs.
You will partner with our product team to bring new products and programs to market, developing a strategy that is based on the needs of the customer and then bring together a cross-functional team to bring that strategy to life.
In collaboration with counterparts in Strategy, Sales, Finance, Product and Marketing, you will use your mastery of consumer and customer insights to develop Enterprise product marketing strategies, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute on your plans, and align senior product leadership around those plans to life.
You understand market trends, the competitive landscape, and have experience applying those to positively influence consumer sentiment and adoption of features
Drive Enterprise go-to-market strategy and ongoing execution for New Initiatives at PANW, including proposition refinement, product and category positioning, persona development, solution and narrative development, goals, and offering prioritization across the New Initiatives portfolio
Experienced in Enterprise contexts and passionate about bringing technology offerings and partnerships to life for customers through inspired product storytelling
This will be a heavily cross-functional/cross-org role, requiring close collaboration and leadership across product teams at PANW, as well as key go-to-market functions to ensure launch and lifecycle marketing excellence
Direct experience developing and executing against Enterprise launch plans to bring products to market is preferred.
The ideal candidate will thrive on bringing to life the creative integration of user needs, product experience and business strategy, bringing to the table strong opinions on very human messaging & communications, and a vision for how to evolve our products as well as our marketing to better reach our customers' needs
Define and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategy for product launches, including positioning and launch programs
Lead go-to-market prioritization and planning for New Initiatives solutions with product, sales, marketing, GTM, and finance stakeholders
Craft inspired narratives to bring New Initiatives products & solutions to life in a human way for customers, consumers and internal stakeholders
Guide and partner with cross-functional teams in developing core communications content for multiple stakeholders, as well as films, digital experiences, product documentation, sales collateral and sales enablement content
Distill and surface market feedback from various channels to influence campaigns, messaging and creative; as well as new and existing products
Demonstrate a strong technical and business grasp of the broader cybersecurity ecosystem, including a deep grasp of the competitive landscape to develop strategic product feedback and positioning
Craft briefing materials and present to executives, customers and stakeholders on a regular basis
Minimum 6years of Product Marketingexperience in Enterprise product marketing, product strategy, product management or consulting for a technical product
Proven track record of creative product marketing to support growing new businesses, and building strong x-company relationships with multi-discipline stakeholders and senior executives
Experience and knowledge of cybersecurity products and services is a strong plus
Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, and follow through
Deals well with ambiguity, identifies systemic approaches to solving problems
Results driven; strong analytical skills with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Track record for collaborating with creative and business teams to build and land audience-minded content that drives desired outcomes via modern mediums
Track record for building and leading high-performing, healthy teams
Highly skilled in presenting insights in a concise, effective and influential manner to a variety of audiences, including senior executives on a regular basis
Engineering Degree is a plus
