Sr. HR Systems Analyst (Workday Recruiting)
Key Responsibilities
Test system changes and enhancements for Workday Recruiting ATS
Provide HR functional expertise for system issues and resolution with HR users
Evaluate and recommend alternative solutions when a change in business process or deliverable
arises
Develop and be accountable for sub-team deliverables, ensuring tasks and responsibilities meet
plan deadlines
Write functional specifications and document plans for testing, training and other deployment
activities
Use project management skills in managing projects
Maintain documentation of Workday Recruiting application including business and functional
specs
Solve complex problems; take a new perspective on existing solutions; exercise judgment based
on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Qualifications
Proficiency in Workday Recruiting business processes, condition rules, and tenant setup.
Experience with calculated fields and report writing preferred.
Consultative skills and the ability to build relationships with HRTA
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
Working knowledge of HR programs and processes. Past experience in an HR generalist or
specialist role is a plus.
Experienced in Excel, PowerPoint, Project and other business tools
Ability to learn quickly and work within tight deadlines; self-starter; must take personal initiative
and willingly assume responsibility and ownership
Proven ability to manage multiple project tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve
sensitive problems
Ability to work in a high demand environment and manage ambiguous situations and/or directives
