We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing to own strategy and operationalization of a wide range of marketing programs to drive leads, pipeline, and awareness across our partner ecosystem.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, developing creative campaigns that drive results, and seeing the real impact of their work on a company’s strategic direction and success. You’ll employ a mix of partner marketing, product marketing, and business development skills to build out a solid partnership strategy that will drive meaningful growth for our business.
Reporting to the CMO, you’ll be a key strategic member of the marketing team and will work hand-in-hand with our strategic partners, ranging from technology providers to niche product consultants to design and execute co-marketing initiatives that drive results.
The RoleOwn the messaging and positioning of Dragonboat’s channel program externally and internally, working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, customer success, and sales
Create a strategy to leverage our integrations to drive customer acquisition and adoption at scale through the ecosystem
Maintain relationships with strategic consultants and product influencers to keep Dragonboat top of mind and drive increased referrals
Identify new opportunities to expand our partner channel and strategy to drive value for brand awareness, customer acquisition, customer implementation, and more
Equipt channel partners with resources and enablement materials to drive demand, build the sales pipeline, win opportunities, and deliver a great customer experience
Set and own partner growth goals, report on progress and learnings to leadership teams
Experience in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment, with 5+ years of experience in channel strategy, program management, and content for a SaaS company
Self-starter - able to determine own path to success rather than needing extensive direction
Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) and comfort with a customer-facing role; ability to convey information effectively
Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Previous history of consistent over-achievement against targets
Ability to take ownership of projects, realizing high-quality outcomes
High energy and infectious positive attitude
A team-player attitude with a strong desire to help improve internal processes beyond just your day-to-day tasks
