Duties: Job Description ServiceNow is looking for a well-rounded hard worker with a can-do; attitude. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Field Marketing Manager and work closely with the Commercial US sales team to help develop and execute a wide range of marketing programs that support sales objectives and drive pipeline. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. What you get to do in this role:
· Manage and execute targeted marketing plans to include online and offline lead generation programs and field campaigns that support pipeline acceleration and new customer acquisition · Work cross-functionally with regional sales teams including Account Executives, Account Development Reps, Solution Sales Reps, and Solution · Consultants to deliver best-in-class demand generation campaigns and activities · Provide end-to-end logistical campaign support including contract negotiation, vendor management, campaign creation, lead-flow management, internal/external communications, etc. · Engage with Account Development Reps to track lead follow-up, qualification, and conversion · Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI Partner with the sales team and customer advocacy to grow the database of public customer references for the territory · Evaluate marketing opportunities with third-party vendors, partners, and agencies to support the overall GTM plan · Recommend and pilot new marketing tactics to grow pipeline and/or improve efficiencies · Manage a marketing budget and track spend
Skills: Highly efficient, with a strong attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively Solid understanding of campaign operations and execution Experience with Marketo a plus Experience working closely with a direct sales team and channel partners Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Education: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required and 3-5 years industry experience
