Business Analyst focused on Customer Success platform (preferably Gainsight not mandatory) and perform data analysis across various IT applications such as Gainsight, Salesforce, User Analytics tools (eg: Pendo)
Must have background in understanding Sales, Support & Customer Success business models for SaaS products
Ability to take the disparate data and translate into insights that needs to be ingested into Gainsight CRM
Ability to interpret data and turn it into information which can offer ways to improve a business
Translate the ambiguous business needs into requirements and User Stories
Must have experience working with IT in an Agile/Scrum environment
Must have experience in user enablement and training.
Must have strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Must be flexible and collaborative
Looking for someone with experience in high tech - preferably in IT Customer Success, Support / Sales business
Must have some systems experience - don't require Gainsight experience, but SFDC administration would be nice
