Maintain and manage Active Directory environment for organization
Extensive experience on PowerShell Scripting
Should have experience in managing ITAR restricted environment
Maintain and administer a multi-site, multi-farm Windows server on-premises infrastructure and in Azure Cloud IaaS environment;
Experience with Active Directory Federation Services, clustering and network load balancing, certificate management, DNS, DHCP, and performing backups and restores, Windows 2008, Windows 2012
Experience with clustering and network load balancing, certificate management, and managing Windows servers remotely.
SME level Responsibilities related to maintaining production with reliable and stable operations that includes but not limited to Senior level understanding of Windows Services and Servers, Advanced Troubleshooting, and advanced Windows Server communications, M365 Infrastructure and hosting within Azure Cloud Environments.
SME Level Understanding of Windows Server design, configuration and administration including M365 and Azure environment.
Completing registry backups and modifications
Group Policy Management (GPO) and application of Local Security Policies
Use of Windows Task Scheduler
Application of security settings/STIGs and other commercial security best practices
System (hardware) and application (software) installation and configuration
System monitoring using installed tools as well as external tools
Experience with configuration, troubleshooting and maintaining virtual and cloud environment
Manage, document and automate software builds, deployments and tests
Automate data refreshes of non-production environments.
Oversee software deployments
Configure monitoring, alerting, logging and tracing tools
Configure source control repositories
Assist with oversight of source control repositories
Mentor more junior team members
Research, define and architect solutions for Source Control, Build and Deployment automation, Continuous Integration, Environment Monitoring and general developer tools (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing incident & problem management (3.) To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team (4.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (5.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training s, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
