Work with the Field Sales Team in the creation and execution of local contracts.
Review and present recommendations on pricing exception requests and solicit additional approval from Sales and Business Unit management as needed.
Provide specific product, account, or regional analysis to investigate sales or pricing issues by utilizing SAP, Business Objects, Tableau, Sales Force and Excel.
Provide field support for processing requests for quote approvals.
Partner with National Accounts Managers and Directors to create and execute local contracts.
Partner with Marketing Managers to establish new product pricing and product line pricing strategies.
Support Marketing Managers in developing and initiating launch plans.
Work with senior sales and marketing management to identify and assess sales success drivers, and implement value added sales management tools.
Build Quality into all aspects of work.
Generates regular reports for sales, marketing and sales management, modifying databases and/or report format as needed in order to produce requested reports.
Supports the field force by responding to their requests for information regarding pricing data.
Provides account specific analysis to investigate pricing issues.
Develops and implements other databases and or reports as deemed necessary by sales and marketing management to support their goals.
Downloads and maintains sales or pricing data and conducts specific or statistical analysis as deemed necessary.
Supports product management in developing and initiating launch plans specifically related to sales reporting, analysis, and pricing strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or another analytical field
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
Exceptional analytical skills with ability and drive to seek, without guidance, areas for the business to improve
Expert with Excel. Intermediate skill with Word and PowerPoint.
Must be detail oriented and a collaborative thinker.
Knowledge in SAP, Business Objects, Tableau, and Salesforce, and comfortable working with large amounts of data
