International medical device/pharma company is looking for a long-term contract Quality Engineer to provide input and to support R&D activities that involve the development or use of software products.
Qualifications:
BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering. MS preferred
3+ years of software testing in commercial products
Knowledge of mobile application development, Bluetooth technology, and Cybersecurity is desired
Experience working in a regulated medical industry
Basic academic knowledge of principles of Neuromodulation is desired
Understand aspects of HIPAA and GDPR compliance practices is desired
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle using Agile
Must be team-oriented with people skills and positive can-do attitude in dealing with a large number of customers, and several competing tasks from various departments (R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory, Clinical, Project Management, etc.)
