We are currently recruiting for an Accounting Assistant role to work in a company that is a leader in fashion and located in the beautiful Central Coast of California - Santa Maria. This position is Full Time and Temp to Hire, with the hours from 8 am to 4:30 pm (schedule has some flexibility) , Monday through Friday. The pay rate is $16-18/hr (DOE). If you are qualified and interested, submit a resume ASAP!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Process Accounts payable invoicing
Classify expenses
Reconciliations of vendor accounts
Cash flow analysis
Process merchandise receiving documents
Process duty and customs invoices
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or comparable
Experience with Access and Excel
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be a plus
