As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will: Gather and sort documents and related informationCharge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices/expense reportsRecord entries and compute charges and refundsPay vendors, prepare and mail checksResolve purchase orders, invoices, or payment discrepancies and documentationEnsure credit is received for outstanding memosReconcile monthly statements and related transactionsAccounts Payable Clerk candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:Strong data entry skillsPrevious accounting experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills10-Key experienceProficient in MS OfficeBilingual in SpanishPay for this position is between $16-17 per hour DOE.Volt is hiring immediatelyAPPLY NOWVolt is an Equal Opportunity Employer
