We are currently hiring for an Accounts Payable position in the Buellton area. This position is full-time, temporary and expected to last for one month. The payrate for this position is $17-$20 an hour. If you are interested and qualified, apply ASAP!!!
Duties & Responsibilities
⢠Take a full inventory of vendor invoices in order to back up financial statements for 3 years.
⢠Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
⢠Proven working experience as accounts payable clerk
⢠Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
⢠Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
⢠Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
⢠Hands on experience with spreadsheets
⢠Proficiency in English and MS Office
⢠High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
