Real estate firm in Los Olivos (Santa Ynez Valley) has immediate opening for full-time BOOKKEEPER / ADMIN ASST.
Duties:
Maintain general ledger for multiple accounts QuickBooks Pro software
Daily accounts payable & receivables
Bank deposits & reconciliations
Prepare and issue invoices
Prepare payroll and file necessary state and federal tax payments
Answer phones & sort mail
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as needed
Qualifications:
Experience as a bookkeeper and/or AP/AR clerk
Proficient in QuickBooks software
Strong communication & organizational skills
Reliable
Hours, Pay & Benefits:
Full-time, M-F, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salaried position starting at $25-$30/hr. (DOE)
