We're a small manufacturing firm, looking for someone who enjoys a fast pace, fun-loving workplace, but is able to focus on getting work done efficiently and effectively.
Our operation has several small divisions that interact with each other, and each require their own sets of QB books. Thus, the successful team member must be good at keeping the big picture in mind, and be able to develop and use checklists and calendars to stay on top of day-to-day tasks.
To be considered for this position requires you to have at least three years of experience, and be awesome at Quickbooks and its modules.

Duties will include all the typical items of a small business (including AP, AR, payroll, WC and Insurance reports, inventory, etc.) and additional teamwork that your strengths and interests lend themselves to.
This position reports directly to GM, works hand in hand with our CPA, but also interacts with Shop Manager and Sales Director.
Our Bookkeeping position is PART TIME (about 15-20 hours per week). Hours are somewhat flexible, but we prefer 5-7 hours per day, 3-4 days per week. This an on-site position, which means that all the work must be done from our office during normal business hours.
If you have the skill-set to also help with office management, then it is possible that this could be/become a 25-30 hour per week position.
