Province Land Company is looking to hire an exceptional individual to join our team as an Onsite Property Manager.
The Onsite Manager is responsible, under the supervision of the Senior Property Manager, for all operations at the community, including, but not limited to, general administration, maintenance, directing on-site personnel, and managing resources to ensure a stabilized fiscal operation. As an Onsite Manager, you will direct leasing administration and maintenance initiatives at your property, exemplifying Province Land Company's brand each and every day by thinking like an owner and ensuring that your team members have the resources they need to be successful.

As an Onsite Manager, you will be in the leasing office, inspecting the community with maintenance professionals, and communicating and building rapport with your customers. You will be an expert on your community and sub-market, including market conditions, competitor pricing and new and pending lease-up developments. Overall, you are the business leader at your property; overseeing the entire operation including team performance, resident satisfaction, and financial success.
Required Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in property management
Live on site
Experience with supervising staff members
Experience leading a high-performing team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Experience with managing periodic inspections
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the general computer skills
Detail-oriented
Reliable transportation
Valid California driver's license
Proof of auto insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
AppFolio program experience
